The Lincolnshire coast provides a diverse 22 mile stretch of coastline, offering  traditional family seaside resorts, alongside, coastal villages and a stunning natural coast. The Lincolnshire Coastal BID Company was created to make sure that it continues to be promoted and managed so that its businesses and the destination will thrive and prosper further. With over £3m of investment, it will do this under four key themes, marketing & promotion, events, environmental enhancements and business support.

Marketing & Communications Executive Salary – Up to £30,000 pa
We require a Marketing & Communications Executive to develop, support, manage and execute the Marketing, PR & Communication Strategy for the Lincolnshire Coastal BID in conjunction with the BID Manager. You will also help in the commissioning of events. With a ‘can do’ attitude, you will be able to work to deadline in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communications skills.

You will have at least 2 years experience within a management or commercial organization, ideally with contacts in media and associated networks. You will have knowledge and confidence in utilizing the latest online and digital platforms. Confident in engaging and presenting to both B2B and B2C audiences, you will also be comfortable in working with third party contracts and partners to deliver campaigns and projects from conception to delivery.


Project Administrator Salary – Up to £20,000 pa
We require a high level Project Administrator to assist and support the BID Manager, Team and Board with operational and administrative duties as well as assistance on specified projects. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for organizational and office support and functions. Reporting to the BID Manager, you will have experience of working in a similar role within the public or private sectors. This post would suit a confident, organized person with a methodical approach to their work. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential and experience of financial packages such as Sage and the like will be advantageous.
