The Mosaic Partnership was instrumental in the development of the BIDs legislation in the UK, parts of Europe and Singapore and has extensive knowledge of BIDs in the USA through its work.

Since national legislation was passed in the UK in 2004, Business Improvement Districts have become one of the most popular and sustainable place management tools in the country.

We created a nationally recognised and proven three-phased process to guide locations through BID feasibility, development, campaign and assist with the execution of the BID business plan, as well as its implementation, management and evaluation once the BID has been established.

TO DATE WE HAVE ADVISED ON THE SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT OF OVER 100 BIDS AND HELP MANAGE MANY OF THOSE.
